“Truly a five star hotel. The minute you walk into the lobby you feel the luxury. The entire decor felt like old school grand hotels. Our room was beautiful, clean and quiet. Breakfast was elegant and with a wide selection. The only qualms I had was being confronted by the two doorman and a dignitary's bodyguard, accusing me of taking a picture of the "President ", (I didn't). I really should have insisted on seeing the general manager. I'm just as much a paying customer as whoever this guy was and should be treated with the same respect.”

“Our stay here at the hotel has been nothing short of phenomenal. The hotel was perfectly located for us to be able to walk to restaurants and to the train station for day trips to Torino and Como. The hotel itself is incredible. The rooms are amazing, as is the bar and restaurant where we had a brilliant breakfast every morning. The cocktails in the bar were first class and perfect for a pre-dinner drink. The staff are the best part of the hotel. They always have a smile and are so welcoming. A special mention to Rosy, who is an absolute credit to the hotel. She really took care of us and made sure our stay was as memorable as it could be. Her recommendations were perfect for us and the overall support was first class. I can’t thank her enough for making this trip so enjoyable. We are definitely planning to return when we visit Milan again!”

Housed in a historical building, the hotel has charm, but the rooms felt dated compared to the polished photos online, which was a bit disappointing. The gym was a pleasant surprise tho, and the rooftop view was spectacular~! Overall, it’s a solid choice for travelers prioritizing location and character. While the cost and older room decor are drawbacks, the convenient location, attentive service, and standout amenities like the gym and rooftop make it worthwhile.”

“Luxurious hotel. Loved the stunningly elegant decoration and really enjoyed the Club 10 facilities (hydro pool, swimming pool, steam and sauna room). You can enjoy some stunning views over Milan on the 10th floor rooftop that is accessed via the Club 10 facilities. Rooms were spacious and cleaned to a superb standard. Breakfast was absolutely delicious; it would be hard to beat the fresh croissants (pistachio and almond croissants we out of this world) and made to order eggs”
